蹴鞠是我国古代流传甚广的球类运动和游戏,却在正史中记载甚少。在这些不多的记载中,蹴鞠往往与负面形象相联系,说明在中国传统的主流文化价值评判中,蹴鞠是一种不良嗜好,违背了传统中庸平和的文化理念。这种负面评判对蹴鞠的衰落乃至消亡有很大影响。

There are few records in official history about football,although it was a very popular ball game in ancient China.The records about football are always associated with negative images,so football is seen as a bad habit in the evaluation of traditional Chinese mainstream culture.This negative evaluation causes marginalization and decadence of football.
