我国政务公开存在的问题及对策分析

An Analysis of the Existing Problems in Making Chinese Government Affairs Public and their Countermeasures

政务公开制度是现代民主政治发展的产物。目前随着我国公民权利意识的不断增强,对政务公开的要求越来越高。我国政务公开制度推行过程中存在思想认识不够,缺少社会基础等问题,不断发展和完善政务公开制度,要转变政府观念,提高公众参与度,加强政务公开具体制度建设,完善法律法规,建立健全权利救济机制。

The system of open administration is the product of the development of modern democracy.Currently,with the increasing consciousness of China＇s civil rights,the demand for making government affairs public is higher and higher.In the promotion of open administration,such problems as lack of ideological understanding and social basis have appeared.To further develop and improve the system of open administration,the government needs to change its ideas to increase public participation,strengthen the system construction,complete laws and regulations and establish right relief mechanism.
