工程量清单计价模式在推行过程中存在的问题及防范对策

Problems and Countermeasures on Model of Valuation with Bill of Quantity in Practical Application

目前我国大部分地区都在使用工程量清单计价模式进行招投标,这种新颖的计价模式在具体实施过程中存在着一些问题。本文从建设工程管理实践出发,对工程量清单的编制、工程量清单计价模式下的投标报价、评标过程、合同签定、结算审核等各环节中存在的问题进行了剖析,并提出了相应的防范措施。

Nowadays the model of valuation with bill of quantity has been used in the most parts of China.Therefore there are some problems in its practical application.Taking the prospective of the construction engineering management, the paper analyzes the issues such as the compilation of BQQ,the bidding quotation,the bidding evaluation,contract signing and settlement auditing,and puts forward the countermeasures as well.
