本文结合市政工程设计的具体情况,系统分析设计中有关造价控制所存在的问题,如设计概算深度不足;设计思路混乱,设计人员片面追求高指标而忽视了工程建设的经济与合理;概算管理滞后;新工艺、新技术的采用和有关标准相对落后的矛盾。

Combined with the actual situation of the actual work, a detailed analysis of the design project cost control some problems.For example,the preparation of design estimates of the depth of reach of poor quality,difficult to follow-up to better control the cost,and lacking of a uniform continuous project ideas,increasing the difficulty of cost control.Sometimes designers focus on design of the new,neglected works of economic rationality.Design management behind the particular design of process control,design of the delayed budget management.Adoption of new technology,new technology does not fully consider the new process and new technology emerging,and the corresponding standard,specification and some issues are always behind.Propose the design stage of project cost control methods.
