Analysis of Lecturers' Classroom Theory Teaching Capability,Level and Effect

根据某高职学院教学督导员对全院教师一学年的课堂理论教学听课测评的统计情况,逐项分析了教师课堂理论教学现状。并对课堂理论教学中存在的课堂管理不够严格、运用多媒体现代化教学设备进行教学水平不高、采用启发式教学法不够理想等主要问题产生的原因进行了分析,提出了加强教育培训,进一步修改和完善"课堂理论教学质量测评表"各分项内容的建议。

Based on the outcome of lecturers＇theory teaching evaluation carried out by teaching supervisors over the last year,this paper reviews the current situation of classroom theory teaching.It provides a cause analysis of the existing problems such as slack classroom management,poor utilization of modern multimedia teaching facilities and lack of heuristic education.Suggestions like reinforcing training for lecturers and revising Classroom Theory Teaching Quality Evaluation Checklist are put forward to improve the classroom teaching quality.
