摘要 从高职"双师"结构教学团队的内涵入手,分析了当前高职"双师"结构教学团队建设过程中存在的误区,并从组建形式、管理运行机制、兼职教师队伍建设等方面提出了"双师"结构教学团队建设的对策。 The construction of Double-qualified Teaching Team represents the basic direction of the current teaching staff construction of higher vocational colleges.It is supposed to be the guarantee to improve the education quality and reach the intended education goal.Starting with the connotation of Double-qualified Teaching Team of higher vocational colleges,the paper provides an analysis of the current pitfalls,and suggests countermeasures from aspects of construction mode,management and operation mechanism and part-time teacher construction.
