生物能源政策发展下的美国家庭食品消费与前景 被引量：2

摘要 研究美国家庭和个人食品消费支出问题,并对政策与市场走势进行展望。研究指出,生物燃料政策对于美国粮食生产有较大激励,未来将继续下去。美国政府购买食品和商业机构为职工提供的食品补助,对于维持食品价格、稳定就业有较大作用。消费环节的政府支持对于农产品生产大有益处。
