摘要
目的研究耐力胶囊对核辐射小鼠的保护作用。方法 6 Gy60Co-γ射线辐射小鼠,提前20 d给予耐力胶囊,辐射后停药,正常对照组和辐射对照组灌胃给予1%CMC-Na,于辐射后1、3、7、11、15、24 d断尾取血,检测外周血白细胞、淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞、红细胞、血红蛋白及血小板含量,观察药物对核辐射小鼠的保护效果。结果小鼠经6 Gy60Co-γ射线辐射后外周血白细胞数,淋巴细胞数,中性粒细胞数,红细胞、血红蛋白及血小板含量明显下降。给予小鼠耐力胶囊组,可延缓小鼠外周血白细胞、淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞、血红蛋白及血小板下降速度。结论耐力胶囊对核辐射小鼠外周血血细胞有一定的保护作用。
Objective To study the protective action of NaiLi-capsule against nuclear-radiated rats.Methods The rats were irradiated by 6 Gy60Co-γ ray,given drugs 20 days in advance before serum samples were collected at certain time as follows: 1,3,7,11,15,24 d after irradiation.The contents of white blood cell,lymphocyte,neutrophilic granulocyte,red blood cell,hemoglobin and platelet in samples were determined by the hemocytes-analyser.The therapeutic action of the drugs was observed.Results White blood cell,lymphocyte,neutrophilic granulocyte,red blood cell,hemoglobin and platelet of rats were reduced obviously after radiation.The decreased rate of white blood cell,lymphocyte,neutrophilic granulocyte,hemoglobin and platelet in the peripheral blood was delayed.Conclusion The NaiLi-capsule has positive protective effect on nuclear-radiated rats.
