摘要
为了提高催化裂化油浆的利用价值,在分析超声波对催化裂化油浆糠醛抽提过程强化作用的基础上,提出超声波辅助糠醛抽提抽出油收率对各影响因素的经验回归平面方程,并与常规糠醛抽提过程对比。结果表明:在较低抽提温度、较低剂油体积比下,借助超声波的强化作用,抽出油收率提高了5.53个百分点。
To improve the utilization value of FCC slurry,the enhancing effect of ultrasonic wave on furfural extraction of FCC slurry is analyzed,and empirical regression equation between extract oil yield of ultrasonic -supported furfural extraction of FCC slurry and various impact factors is proposed and compared with conventional furfural extraction process.The results show that the extract oil yield is increased by 5.53%at a lower extraction temperature and a lower solvent to oil ratio.
