雾化吸入普米克令舒治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期并高血压疗效的观察

Clinical effects of aerosol inhalation of Pulmicort respules on AECOPD patients associated with hypertension

目的:观察普米克令舒(吸入用布地奈德混悬液)雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重(AECOPD)合并高血压患者的疗效及不良反应。方法:将61例AECOPD合并高血压患者分为治疗组31例,对照组30例。2组均给予常规治疗,同时治疗组给予普米克令舒雾化吸入,观察2组临床症状、血压及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后治疗组临床症状改善比对照组好(P<0.05),临床不良反应及血压控制差异无统计学意义。结论:在抗感染、祛痰、支气管扩张剂、吸氧及控制血压等基础上,治疗组明显改善患者的临床症状和生活质量,不影响血压控制,不良反应少。

Objective：To observe the efficacy and adverse effects of Pulmicort respules（budesonide） on acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（AECOPD） patients with hypertension.Methods：61 AECOPD patients associated with hypertension were divided into two groups：the treatment group 31 cases,the control group 30 cases.The two groups were all given conventional treatment,but the treatment group was also managed with Pulmicort repules inhalation.Clinical symptoms,blood pressure and dug adverse reaction were observed.Results：After treatment,clinical symptom improvement in the treatment group was better that in the control group（P 0.05）,while adverse reaction and blood pressure has not significant difference.Conclusion：Based on anti-infection,expectoration,bronchodilation,oxygen therapy and blood pressure control,the treatment group is obviously improved in clinical symptoms and quality of life.In addition,the treatment group does not affect blood pressure control,and has fewer adverse reactions.
