摘要
目的:大鼠颈外静脉插管是建立静脉自身给药模型的重要步骤。本研究旨在探讨大鼠颈静脉导管的制备和利用引导管进行颈静脉插管技术的改进方法。方法:利用颈静脉插管的辅助工具BD406999引导管将自制导管插入20只Sprague-Dawley大鼠颈静脉内,完成自身给药手术。结果:大鼠20只存活,且术后恢复良好,导管不易阻塞,成功率高。结论:使用自制导管和改进颈静脉插管技术,可较好地保证大鼠颈静脉插管的安全性和可操作性,为自身给药实验提供了良好的实验基础。
Objective:How to make custom catheters in a laboratory setting and the success of jugular vein surgery is of great importance to carry out intravenous self-administration experiments here.Furthermore,the progress of the experiments highly depends upon the patency of the catheters and the success of jugular vein surgery.Methods:Twenty Sprade-Dawley rats were used to determine the patency of custom-made catheters and the effectiveness of a modified procedure for jugular vein surgery.Results:Custom-made catheters were well suitable for self-administration surgery.All twenty rats recovered well following jugular vein surgery.Conclusion:The modified procedure for jugular vein surgery was effective to increase the successful rates of self-administration surgery.
