摘要
四川雅砻江锦屏二级水电站C4标段1#隧洞采用401-319 TBM施工,此TBM整体结构分为主机、连接桥、后配套及其辅助系统,是目前亚州直径最大的敞开式硬岩掘进机。文章主要介绍在有限空间内实施大断面掘进机洞内组装的技术措施和工艺流程,其中主要包括:"绿色组装"理念、组装前的准备工作、组装洞室的设计原则、工艺流程及重点部位安装方法、环境保护等。
Taking TBM 401-319 for No.1 diversion tunnel on Lot C4 of Jingping II Hydropower Plant for example,this article focuses on the experience of on-site assembly and green assembly of large TBM in a tunnel chamber.Technical measures and process are introduced,including concept of green assembly,preparatory work before assembly,design principles of assembly chamber,assembly of important parts and environment protection.
