摘要 雅泸高速公路大相岭隧道斜井斜距长、坡度陡,地质复杂,井身正常涌水量为3 010 m3/d,局部日最大涌水量达27 000 m3。根据工程特点,泵站抽水设备由2台55 kW卧式离心泵和1台30 kW污水潜水电泵组成,每隔160 m建立一个泵站;并架设供电专线,当隧道掘进到450 m时,采用高压进洞技术,确保洞内抽水用电。陡坡富水斜井抽水问题的解决,加快了隧道施工进度,由每月40 m达到每月90 m,大大减少了工程投资。文章从设备选型、泵站建设及供电系统三个方面,详细地介绍了陡坡富水斜井抽排水施工技术。 The inclined shaft in DaXiangling tunnel is of long distance,steep slope and complex geology.The normal water inflow of well bore is 3 010 m3/day.And partial max water inflow is 27 000 m3/day.This article introduces the construction technology of steep slope pumping water drainage in terms of equipment selection,pumping stations construction and power supply system.In combination with the characteristics of this project,pumping equipment consists of two units of Taiwan made 55 kW horizontal centrifugal pump and one unit of 30 kW sewage submersible pumps,with a pump station every 160 m.There is a special line for power supply,and high voltage technology is adopted to ensure power supply for pumping in the tunnel when excavation reaches 450 meters.The solution for steep slope water pumping has quickened the construction progress from 40 meters to 90 meters per month,which plays significant role in reducing the project investment.
