灾区公共需求变化对经济增长的影响——基于5·12地震区的实证研究

Impact of Changes in Public Demand on Economic Growth in Disaster Area——Based on Empirical Researches of 5·12 Earthquake-area

通过对四川省1998年至2007年间公共需求与经济增长之间关系的实证研究,深入探讨了公共需求变化对经济增长的影响机制。通过对都江堰灾区的实地调研,发现灾后公共需求变化呈现出不同的特点,将对四川省的经济发展产生明显影响。结合实证研究的成果和实地调研的现实情况,为政府灾后重建提供可资借鉴的政策建议。

Through empirical researches on the relationship between public demand and economic growth in Sichuan from 1998 to 2007 ,the mechanism about how public demand impact on economic growth is studied. The changes of public demand in Dujiangyan present different features after the earthquake, and these are going to influence the economic growth of Sichuan. Combined with the empirical researches and the current situation, some meaningful policies and proposals for the post - disaster reconstruction during the next period are provided for the government.
