摘要
利用轮胎转鼓实验台和M90B型红外测温仪等实验设备,对轮胎在不同车速和不同负荷条件下的表面稳态温度场进行了实验测试,得到了各种条件下的轮胎表面稳态温度场的分布规律以及温升随时间变化的规律,深入研究了车速和轮胎负荷对轮胎表面稳态温度场的影响,为进一步研究轮胎高速滚动时的生热爆胎机理奠定了基础。
To probe the mechanism of heat generating and speedy tire bursting and reduce traffic accident due to tire burst, an investigation into steady state temperature field on the surface of a speedy tire was made under the condition of different tire speeds and loads. The temperature field was experimentally measured by a rotating drum tester of tire and the M90B infrared thermometer. Distributions of temperature field of a high rolling tire under the condition of different tire speeds and loads are acquired. Influences of tire speeds and loads on the surface temperature field is studied thoroughly. The research results lay a foundation for further study of the mechanism of generating heat and bursting of high rolling tire.
