摘要
提出了一种基于单传感器重复采样的粮食水分快速测定自适应加权数据融合方法,新设计的粮食水分快速测定仪器,克服了同类产品目前存在的一些问题,达到了快速、准确测定的目的,已在我国粮油行业推广使用。
To quickly and accurately measure moisture content of cereals is an important, but difficult technique since the influencing factors during measurement are very complicated. Data fusion technique was successively introduced to eliminate these influencing factors. Based on the technique, an intelligent instrument for quick measurement of cereal moisture content was developed in this paper which has the features of linearity, unbiasedness and minimum mean square error. It can measure cereal moisture content more quickly and accurately than any of the current instruments does. The experimental results show that the measuring range of the instrument is 5%~25%; the accuracy higher than 0 5%; and the reproducibility better than 0.2%. Moreover, it has the advantages of stability, sensitivity, fast response and long life and has been widely used in the grain trade of China.
