硫磺回收燃烧炉气体混合效果分析及其结构优化 被引量:8

摘要 现役旋流燃烧炉存在气体混合效果不理想,硫转化不完全的问题。为了提高燃烧炉的硫转化率,根据现役燃烧炉结构特点建立了燃烧炉三维实体模型,采用Realizablek-ε双方程湍流模型及EDC燃烧模型对炉内燃烧场进行了数值模拟,重点考察了高旋流装置下燃烧器内的气体混合效果及组分分布情况;在此基础上提出了增设外环酸气入口的结构改进措施。结果表明:现役高旋流装置对炉内H2S和SO2的二次混合不利,采用外环酸气入口对酸气进行分流可有效提高炉内气体混合效果,提高炉内燃烧稳定性,并起到节能、降耗的作用。 Many problems still exist in the current swirl-flow burners such as unsatisfactory gas mixing effect and incomplete sulfur recovery.In order to enhance the sulfur recovery rate,we set up a three-dimension solid model of a burner according to its structural features and adopted the k-ε Standard and k-ε Realizable models and the eddy dissipation concept(EDC) combustion model to simulate the combustion field in the burner.Moreover,we made an investigation focusing on the furnace gas mixture effect and component distribution in the burner under the condition of high swirl flow.On the basis of this,we presented the improvement measure of adding the acid gas inlet in the external ring.Results show that this proposed improvement measure can not only effectively enhance the furnace gas mixture effect but improve the stability of combustion,thus achieving good results in saving energy and reducing the energy consumption.
