上海市C群沙门菌暴发菌株鉴别诊断研究 被引量:6

Study on the differential diagnosis of outbreak strains with Salmonella serogroup C in Shanghai

摘要 目的:C群沙门菌血清型的鉴别诊断研究。方法:对2007年上海市黄浦区的C群食源性暴发沙门菌鉴定中存在与泰国产沙门菌分型血清H相因子有交叉凝集的菌株使用丹麦(SSI)血清参比;分析菌株的抗生素耐药性和脉冲凝胶电泳(PFGE)图谱,选择部分猪霍乱和汤卜逊沙门菌腹泻株进行多位点基因序列分析(MLST)分子分型;通过PluseNetChina非伤寒沙门菌数据库图谱比对上海的汤卜逊暴发菌株与重庆市C群沙门菌暴发菌株的分子型。结果:2007年黄浦区报告8株猪霍乱暴发菌株经丹麦血清分型鉴定为汤卜逊沙门菌;2007年的4株猪霍乱和5株汤卜逊沙门菌经丹麦SSI血清复核鉴定均为汤卜逊沙门菌ST26型;汤卜逊沙门菌暴发菌株对6种抗生素的耐药率均为100%,耐药谱与散发株显著不同;2007年重庆市的多起食源性暴发案例中的C群沙门菌经复核鉴定亦为汤卜逊沙门菌ST26型,并与上海的暴发菌株在遗传学上存在高度同源。结论:泰国血清的H相因子间存在交叉凝集现象。推测2007年上海市发生的食源性暴发病例可能由输入性汤卜逊沙门菌ST26型多重耐药克隆株引起。 Objective:To study the differential diagnosis of Salmonella serogroup C.Methods:Diarrhea patients with outbreak strains of Salmonella serogroup C from food-borne in Shanghai Huangpu district year 2007 were identified.They had cross-agglutination with Salmonella H-phase antusera produced by Thailand.We compared them with the Salmonella reference sera from SSI(Statens Serum Institute,Dammark).Survey of these strains of Salmonella were identified including antibiotic resistance and pulsed field gel electrophoresis(PFGE).Selection some diarrhea strains of Salmonella enterica subsp.enterica serovar Choleraesuis(S.Choleraesuis) and Salmonella enterica subsp.enterica serovar Thompson(S.Thompson) were molecular typing by multiple locus sequence analysis(MLST).Using non-typhoidal Salmonella of China Pulse Net data bank.We compared the outbreak strains of S.Thompson in Shanghai and the Salmonella serogroup C in Chongqing.Results:The 8 outbreak strains of S.Choleraesuis from Shanghai Huangpu district in year 2007 were identified as S.Thompson by the Salmonella antisera of SSI,4 of S.Choleraesuis and 5 of S.Thompson were identified as S.Thompson ST26.The outbreak strains of S.Thompson were 100% resistance for 6 antibiotics.They were differ from the sporadic strains.The outbreak strains of Salmonella serogroup C from food-borne in Chongqing year 2007 were also identified as S.Thompson ST26 by rechecking.They were homologous in genetics with the outbreak strains of S.Thompson in Shanghai.Conclusion:There are cross-agglutinations between the antisera of Salmonella H-phase from Thailand.We presumed that food-borne outbreak naturalized by S.Thompson ST26 clone with multiple drug resistance in Shanghai in 2007.
