摘要
系统研究了钢质直齿圆柱齿轮冷精锻成形工艺及相关技术,提出了齿形凹模修正设计方法,采用闭式镦挤—约束孔分流两步成形法冷精锻出具有较高精度的钢质直齿圆柱齿轮。
The cold precision forging of steel spur gear and relative technology are systematically researched in the paper. The updated design method of teeth shape die based on addendum modification theory is proposed and the practical float die equipment is designed. The two step forming technology combined the traditional, closed die forging with constrained divided flow forging is used for cold precision forging of 15, 45 and 20CrMnTi spur gears. The results show that the two step forming technique with constrained relief hole can effectively decrease forging load, the updated method of teeth die design is suitability of cold precision forged steel spur gears and the cold precision forged products has high precision and good quality.
