云南部队腹泻患者中首次检出EIEC O_(124):K_(72)

First detection of EIEC O_(124):K_(72) from patients with diarrhea of soldiers in Yunnan army

目的:了解EIEC O124:K72在云南部队引起腹泻的情况,对EIEC O124:K72进行分离鉴定。方法:分离培养,生化鉴定,血清分型,豚鼠角膜试验测定侵袭力,药敏试验采用K-B法。结果:从671份腹泻患者粪便标本中检出6株EIECO124:K72,所分离菌株均有较强的侵袭力,对17种抗生素敏感,1种耐药。结论:分离的6株EIEC O124:K72具有较强侵袭力,与致病性密切相关。药敏试验可作为此菌感染时临床用药的重要参考。

Objective：To survey the cause diarrhea by EIEC O124：K72 in soldiers in Yunnan army,isolated and identified.Methods： Isolated and cultured,biochemical identification,serotyping,invasive tests by Experimental guinea pig cornea,Sensitivity test by K-B method.Results： From the 671 stool specimens of patients with diarrhea were detected six EIEC O124： K72,the isolates have a strong attack force,sensitive to 17 antibiotics,and 1 drug resistance.Conclusion： Six EIEC O124：K72 has a strong invasion force,and pathogenicity are closely related.Sensitivity testing can be used as the bacteria infected the important reference for clinical use medicine.
