固相萃取-气相色谱法测定蔬果菜中6种菊酯类农药的探讨

Determination of 6pyrethroids pesticides in fruits and vegetables by SPE/GC

目的:建立气相色谱测定蔬果中6种菊酯类农药的方法。方法:采用乙腈均浆提取样品中的菊酯类农药,通过固相萃取仪提取净化,用ECD检测器对6种菊酯类农药进行检测。结果:6种菊酯类农药的最低检出限为0.0011 mg/kg～0.0035 mg/kg,加标回收率为83.6%～105.7%。结论:该方法简单、净化效果好、回收率高,适合于蔬果等各类复杂样品中多种菊酯类农药残留的测定。

Objective：A method for the determination of 6 Pyrethroids pesticides in fruits and vegetables by SPE/GC.Methods： The samples were extracted by acetonitrile solution,after the extract was purified through florisil column.The collected solution was analyzed by using GC-ECD.Results： The limits of detection for the six kinds pyrethroids ranged from 0.0011 mg/kg～0.0035 mg/kg.The recoverieswith standard addition ranged from 83.6%～105.7%.Conclusion： The method is simple,effective purification and high recovery.It is suitable for the sample shape full of fruits and vegetables.
