离子色谱法测定食物中毒样品中的亚硝酸盐 被引量:1

Determination the content of NO_2^- in sample of food-poisoning by ion chromatography

摘要 目的:建立离子色谱法测定食物中毒样品如呕吐物、尿液中NO2-含量的方法。方法:样品通过系统预处理,选用Dionex Ionpac AS19-2mm型分析柱,RFIC淋洗液在线发生器在线生成KOH淋洗液进行梯度淋洗,抑制型电导检测器,进样体积为150μl。结果:本方法NO2-最低检出限:14μg/L,回收率在96%~106%之间。结论:本法操作简单,灵敏度高,重现性好。 Objective:Determination the content of NO2- in samples of food-poisoning such as urine and vomitus by ion chromatography.Methods:The sample after systemic pretreatment,the antibiotics were separated on DIONEX Ionpac AS19-2mm with KOH as the gradient eluent which was produced online by RFIC eluent generator detected by the suppressed conductivity detector in the method,with the injection volume of 150 μl.Results: The method detection limits of NO2- was 14 μg/L.The recovery rate were between 96%and 106%.Conclusion: The method is simple,accurate and reliable.
