摘要
目的:建立能彻底消除基体干扰的石墨炉原子吸收法测定尿铅的分析方法。方法:在尿液中加入氯化钯,静置使试液析出沉淀,并提高灰化温度、优化实验条件。结果:背景吸光值降至≤0.13,回收率95.0%,标准曲线方程Y=0.003273X+0.0009,r=0.9990。结论:建立的方法,消除了基体干扰,析出的沉淀不引起尿铅的损失,测定结果准确可靠。
Objective:To eliminate the matrix interference in graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry analysis of lead in urine.Methods: Addition of palladium chloride in the urine,standing to precipitate precipitation test solution and improve ashing temperature,the optimal conditions.Results: Background absorbance down to ≤0.13,recovery was 95.0%,Y=0.003273X+0.0009,r=0.9990.Conclusion: The method,eliminating the matrix interference,the precipitation will not cause precipitation of lead in urine loss,the result is accurate and reliable.
