吹扫捕集-气质联用法测定涂料中的苯系物 被引量:4

Determination of benzene series in coating meterial by purge and trap in combination with gas chromatograph/mass spectrometry(P&T-GC/MS)

摘要 目的:建立吹扫捕集-气相色谱/质谱联用技术(P&T-GC/MS)分析与饮用水接触的涂料8种苯系物。方法:按照《生活饮用水卫生规范》对涂料进行浸泡实验,探讨不同的进样模式,采用吹扫捕集-气质联用法测定浸泡液中8种苯系物的含量。结果:分流比采用5∶1可以获得良好的峰形和灵敏度,方法线性范围0.1μg/L~4.0μg/L,相关系数均大于0.999,加标回收率在96%~106%之间,相对标准偏差1.2%~4.5%。结论:测定方法准确可靠。适合于与饮用水接触的涂料8种苯系物的同时分析。 Objective:A purge and trap in combination with gas chromatograph/mass spectrometry(PT-GC/MS) method was developed for determination of benzene series in coating meterial.Methods: Eight kinds of benzene series in the soaking liquid were analyzed by purge and trap in combination with gas chromatograph/mass spectrometry(PT-GC/MS) according to "Hygienic Standard for drinking water",and the injection mode was discussed.Results: Good peak shape and sensitivity were got by split ratio 5∶1.The linear range was 0.1 μg/L~4.0 μg/L with a good linear correlation coefficient(r0.999) and the recovery was from 96% to 106%.The relative standard deviations were from 1.2% to 4.5%.Conclusion: This analysis methods is accurate and credible.It is suitable for the analysis of eight kinds of benzene series in coating meterial for drinking water.
