摘要
目的:建立固相萃取-气相色谱-质谱法测定苹果汁和山楂中展青霉素的检测方法。方法:采用乙酸乙酯提取苹果汁和山楂制品中的展青霉素,样品经无水硫酸钠脱水后旋转蒸干,过SLH固相萃取柱净化富集,再用5%甲醇/乙酸乙酯洗脱收集,吹干后用BSTFA衍生。结果:该方法对苹果汁的检出限0.58μg/kg,山楂制品中的检出限0.96μg/kg,变异系数(n=6)小于10%,不同基质样品中的回收率70%~117%。结论:该方法可应用于苹果汁和山楂制品中展青霉素的测定。
Objective:To develop a method for determination of patulin in apple juice and hawthorn products by solid-phase extraction(SPE) and gas mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Methods: After patulin in the apple juice and hawthorn products were extracted by ethyl acetate,the extract was dried by rotary evaporator after dehydration with anhydrous sodium sulfate.The residues were re-dissolved and cleaned by SLH solid-phase extraction cartridges,and eluted by 5% methanol/ ethyl acetate,and then derivatived by bis-(trimethylsilyl)trifluoroacetamide(BSTFA).Results: The detection limit was 5.8 μg/L for apple juice,and was 9.6 μg/L for hawthorn products,the variation coefficients(n=6) were less than 10%,the recoveries were between 70%~117%.Conclusion: This developed method can be applied to determination of patulin in apple juice and hawthorn products.
