摘要
目的:建立用毛细管色谱柱、校正模式为外标法测定蒸馏酒及配制酒中甲醇的方法。方法:选用AT.LZP-93025 m×0.32 mm×1.0μm毛细管色谱柱,采用程序升温方式,于最佳色谱条件下,测定酒中甲醇。结果:本方法相对标准差为1.3%~2.4%,回收率为96.8%~107.1%,检出限为0.0020 g/100 ml,标准曲线相关系数为0.99991。结论:本方法具有准确、可靠、快速、灵敏等特点。
Objective:To establish a method for detection of methanol in distilled liquors and confected liquors by capillary chromatogram column and external standard method.Methods: The methanol was detected by AT.LZP-930(25 m×0.32 mm×1.0 μm) capillary chromatogram column with programming temperature,under the best chromatographic parameters.Results: The relative standard deviation was between 1.3%~2.4% and the recovery was 96.8%~107.1%.The detection limit was 0.0020 g/100 ml with correlation coefficient of standard curve 0.9991.Conclusion: The method is accurate,reliable,rapid and sensitive.
