GC-MS方法测定装饰装修用溶剂型胶粘剂中7种挥发性有害化合物

Determination of 7 VOCs in adhesives for indoor decoration and refurbish by GC-MS

目的:建立一种测定装饰装修用溶剂型胶粘剂中挥发性有害化合物的GC-MS方法。方法:称取适量胶粘剂样品,用乙酸乙酯定容至50 ml,4000 r/min离心后,用GCMS全扫描定性,选择离子定量。结果:线性相关系数>0.9995,检测限0.006μg/ml～0.14μg/ml,最低检测浓度0.001 mg/kg～0.029 mg/kg。结论:采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪检测装饰装修用溶剂型胶粘剂中7种挥发性有机物,分离好,灵敏度高,特异性强,检测快速。

Objective：To establish a method for determination of seven VOCs in adhesives for indoor decoration and refurbish.Methods： Sample is dissolved by 50ml ethyl acetate and is determined by selective ion measure mode.Results： A goodlinear relationship（r0.9995） was obtained over the concentration rage,detection limit was 0.006 μg/ml～0.14 μg/ml.The minimum detectable concentrations（MDC） is 0.001 mg/kg～0.029 mg/kg.Conclusion： The decribed method of 7 vocs in adhesives for indoor decoration and refurbish is fast and sensitive.
