摘要
目的:为了准确,快速的测定食品添加剂氧化钙和氢氧化钙中的氟。方法:用EDTA作隐蔽剂,建立了用氟离子选择电极法测定食品添加剂氧化钙、氢氧化钙中氟离子含量分析方法。结果:样品的加标回收率在89.6%~98.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.42%~2.40%。结论:该方法简便、快速,适合在高钙基体样品中测定氟离子的含量。
Objective:To establish a method to determine fluorine in food additives calcium oxide and calcium hydroxide.Methods: A ion choice electrode method has been established for determination of fluorine in food additives calcium oxide and calcium hydroxide.Results: The recovery was 89.6%~98.0%,RSD was between 1.42% and 2.40%.Conclusion: The method was simple,fast and apply for determination of fluorine in calcium matrix.
