纳豆胶囊对高脂血症模型大鼠血脂调节作用的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:了解纳豆胶囊对高脂血症模型大鼠血脂水平的影响。方法:采用脂代谢紊乱模型——预防性给受试物法,分别以235 mg/kg、470 mg/kg、940 mg/kg BW 3个剂量的罗布麻茶提取液给大鼠连续灌胃30 d,于试验终末采血测定TC、TG、HDL-C含量。结果:受试样品高剂量组大鼠血清胆固醇(TC)含量为(2.315±0.491)mmol/L、甘油三酯(TG)含量为(0.888±0.214)mmol/L、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量为(0.984±0.256)mmol/L,均低于高脂对照组的TC含量(2.829±0.440)mmol/L、TG含量(1.106±0.140)mmol/L,高于高脂对照组的HDL-C含量(0.750±0.172)mmol/L,差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:该纳豆胶囊能降低大鼠血清总胆固醇、血清甘油三酯含量,升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇的含量,提示该样品具有调节血脂之功效。 Objective:To explore the effect of the Natto Capsule on reducing blood lipid in hyperlipemia model rats.Methods: The model of metabolic disturbance of lipid-preventive tested sample was adopted.After being given apocynum tea extract in dosages of 235 mg/kg,470 mg/kg,940 mg/kg BW respectively for 30 days,the contents of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG) and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels(HDL-C) in serum of rats were tested.Results: The contents of TC,TG and HDL-C in high dosage group were(2.315±0.491),(0.888±0.214)and(0.984±0.256)mmol/L respectively,were lower than the TC content(2.829±0.440) mmol/L and TG content(1.106±0.140) mmol/L and higher than HDL-C concentration of(0.750±0.172) mmol/L in high-fat control group,the differences were significant(P0.05).Conclusion: The concentrated tea of apocynum venetum leaf can reduce the contents of serum total cholesterol,serum triglyceride and increase high-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels.It suggests that the sample has a hypolipidemic effect.
