爱么纳米离子银表征及杀菌性能分析

Characteristics and sterilization capability of aima nano-silver disinfectant

目的:测定爱么纳米离子银毒性及杀菌效果。方法:卫生部《消毒技术规范(2002)》急性经口毒性试验消毒剂杀微生物试验。结果:爱么纳主离子银属无毒级,可在10 min内对大肠杆菌及白色念珠菌杀灭率大于99.999%,对金黄色葡萄球菌在20分钟内杀灭率大于99.999%。结论:爱么纳米离子银符合卫生部消毒剂杀菌要求。

Objective：To evaluate the toxicity and the disinfection effect of Aima Nano-silver disinfectant.Methods： Suspension quantitative germicidal test and toxicity test were used to evaluate the active of disinfectant according to the disinfection technical guidelines（2002）.Results： The mouse acute oral lethal dose 50%（LD50） more than 5000 mg/kg shown that Aima Nano-silver disinfectant is non-toxic.The killing rate of Escherichia coli and Monilia albican exposed in Aima Nano-silver disinfectant for 10 min is more than 99.999%,and the same killing rate to Staphyloccocus aureus is 20 min.Conclusion：Aima Nano-silver disinfectant is a qualified product accordance with the disinfectant standard of ministry of health.
