摘要
目的:探讨不同溶血程度对常用16项生化指标的影响,并对溶血与生化指标相关性进行回归分析。方法:采用HITACHI7600-010全自动生化分析仪测定200份标本溶血前后的16项生化指标,以基础血清为对照,进行相关性分析,观察结果的变化与结果回归的可能性。结果:溶血对常规生化指标的GOT,TP,ALB,TG,CKMB,HDBH,LDH,K+有明显的相关性,并产生正干扰,对TBIL,DBIL,IDBIL、GLU的相关性及产生的干扰与溶血的程度相关,并有明显的临界性,对GSP中度相关,AKP、GPDA负相关,而对LP-a相关性较低。结论:溶血对不同生化检测指标的干扰机制不同,不同溶血程度对生化常规指标产生不同的影响,不同生化指标的检测结果应采用不同回归处理。
Objective:To investigate the impact of hemocytolysis on 16 biochemical indicators and the corrective measures.Methods: Sixteen serum biochemical indicators were detected in 200 blood samples before and after hemocytolysis by using HITACHI 76O0-010 auto-biochemical analyzer and basal serum was used as a control.Correlation analysis was used to evaluate changes in biochemical indicators and possibility of regression.Results: Hemocytolysis has significantly correlation of positive interference with routine biochemical indicators GOT,TP,ALB,TG,CKMB,HDBH,LDH and K+;the correlation of interference between hemocytolysis and TBIL,DBIL,IDBIL,GLU is criticality related to the degree of hemocytolysis;hemocytolysis also has medium correlation with AKP,GSP,CKMB,GPDA,and low correlation with LP-a.Conclusion: Our studies demonstrated that hemocytolysis in different degree has different influence on routine biochemical indicators due to the differences in mechanism of action;the use of regression analysis can enhance the accuracy of test results.
