摘要
创新惯例是集群系统创新行为的基础,创新惯例随时间而改变,"惯例"在提高集群创新效率的同时,也在一定程度上产生创新惰性,降低集群创新效率。因此,从创新"惯例"的特性出发,分析"惯例"惰性产生的原因;借助于更新"惯例"的知识积累模型分析影响"惯例"更新的关键环节;从集群协作创新、集群组织学习、集群创新的搜寻交流三个方面,分别探讨了实现集群创新"惯例"有机更新的机制。
Being the foundation of cluster system＇s innovation behavior,innovation practice changes as time goes on.Besides enhancing the cluster innovation efficiency,＂practice＂,to some extent,can also generate innovation inertia and reduce the cluster innovation efficiency.Therefore,starting from the characteristics of innovation ＂practice＂,his paper analyses why the inertia of ＂practice＂ is produced;by use of the knowledge accumulation model of updating ＂practice＂,it analyses the key links of influencing ＂practice＂ updating;in terms of the three aspects of cluster coordination innovation,cluster organized learning and searching communication of cluster innovation,it also respectively probes into the system through which the organic renewal of cluster innovation ＂practice＂ can be realized.
