摘要
通过对山东省日照市两区两县信息技术教师的抽样调查发现,教师对网页制作与网站开发、Flash动画制作和Access等数据库知识希望进行深入学习。教师在网络参与行为上呈现"较高的共享意愿,较低的共享行为"的特点,特别是信息技术教师的工作业绩评价问题比较突出。在此基础上提出进行针对性培训、通过合理的制度与文化建设促进网络共享行为和意愿、构建技术支持的网络专业发展环境等建议,以促进中小学信息技术教师专业发展。
Teacher professionalism has become the key strategy promoting educational development.This study aims to examine the current situations and needs of teachers' professional development.In the study,113 teachers in Ri Zhao,Shandong Province were surveyed,and 20 were randomly selected and given interviews.The result shows that,most IT teachers are satisfied with their profession with those within city areas most satisfied and those in small townships least satisfied.In terms of teacher development,younger teachers and those within city areas tend to select online training whereas teachers in small townships show a weaker desire for online training.In order to cope with the outstanding issues in IT teachers' professional development,it is suggested that training be specially tailored,online sharing be promoted,and technology supported professional development environment be constructed.
