经尿道输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术后并发症的观察及护理

Observation and management of postoperative complication of ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy

对136例输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术后患者进行回顾性分析。18例患者出现术后并发症,术后护理中应严密关注尿液颜色、腰酸腰痛、体温变化及腹部体征情况,及时发现并发症,妥善处理,可以减少患者痛苦。

A retrospective analysis was made among 136 patients who underwent ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy.Among them 18 patients suffered from postoperative complications.The present study suggested that intensive observation of the colour of urine,the sore of lumbus,the body temperature and the sign of abdomen,along with the immediate discovery and well disposition of complications will release the pain of patients.
