摘要
采用化学氧化聚合法以过硫酸铵(APS)为氧化剂,苯胺、盐酸为原料制备聚苯胺电极材料,用循环伏安测试聚苯胺的电容性能,得到了盐酸浓度、氧化剂用量、滴加氧化剂时间和聚合温度对聚苯胺电容性能的影响规律,并采用扫描电镜(SEM)考察了产物的形貌,通过形貌解释了聚合条件对聚苯胺电容性能的影响。结果表明:聚苯胺的最佳聚合条件是AN∶HCl=1∶2,AN∶APS=1∶1,聚合温度20℃,聚合时间1.5 h。
Polyaniline(PANI) was synthesized by oxidative polymerization with ammonium persulfate(APS) as oxidant,aniline and hydrochloric acid as raw material.Capacitive performance of PANI is investigated by cyclic voltammetry(CV).The effect of polymerization conditions were obtained and explained by the micro-morphology of PANI which was characterized by SEM.Results showed that the optimal polymerization conditions of PANI is AN∶HCl=1∶2,AN∶APS=1∶1,polymerization temperature of 20 ℃ and reaction time of 1.5 h.
