污泥臭氧氧化破解历程研究 被引量:7

摘要 为规范和优化污泥臭氧氧化操作过程,采用自制的污泥臭氧氧化系统,从污泥固体物质、污泥形态、污泥粒径分布、污泥上清液中的高分子物质和阳离子五方面考察污泥在臭氧氧化过程中结构变化情况,明确污泥臭氧氧化破解历程。结果表明,臭氧对污泥絮体结构的破坏始于污泥絮体表面,污泥中的丝状菌对臭氧极为敏感并首先死亡,污泥絮体结构开始松散;随着臭氧投量的增加,污泥絮体解体,污泥内部微生物细胞大量死亡,胞内物质释放,污泥固体质减少。 In order to study the decomposition process of sludge ozonation,the sludge configuration,particle size distribution,microorganism intracellular and extracellular macromolecule polymers and cation were investigated when excess sludge was treated by ozone.As a result,the disruption of sludge floc structure occur on the surface of sludge flocs,then the filamentous bacteria died,mycelium fractured and the sludge stracture began to loose.With the increase of ozone dose,the sludge floc break up deeply.Microorganism hided in the internal of floc were attracted by ozone and died and cell wall break which led cytoplasm leak into liquid phase and sludge solid material reduce.
