摘要 通过分析企业业务流程的特点,提出了一种结构化的定量分析方法,将非结构化的业务流程和系统流程转换为结构化的矩阵。在此基础上,设计了ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)系统与业务流程的匹配度评价指标,从整体匹配、信息传递匹配、信息监控匹配和管理改善四方面度量ERP系统和企业业务流程的匹配度。最后通过一个案例说明了论文提出的方法在企业选择ERP系统时的实际应用过程。 A method was proposed to transform non-structural business and system process to structural matrix.By comparing the differences between system process matrix and business process matrix,evaluation index on process matching has been developed to evaluate the fit between enterprise business process and ERP system process from overall matching,information transmission match,information control match as well as management improvement match.A case has been given to illustrate the application procedure of proposed method in the enterprise.
