In order to improve the quality fraction of γ linolenic acid in the mortierella,the best nutrition formula and producing condition were discovered.These could raise the quality fraction of γ linolenic acid from 4.053?1% to 7.269?7% and provide technique for producing microbial resources of γ linolenic acid.
