摘要
探讨了平行分组面试中的评分偏差问题,通过历史评分数据的分析,提出考官与考生的均衡分组模型,并给出相应的模型检验方法和实证分析.
The score biases in parallel group interview are discussed in this paper.And a balance group model of raters and candidates is proposed based on the alaysis of history score data.At the end,we test and analyze the model with real data.
