摘要
研究结果表明,不同抗侧多食跗螨(PolyphagolarsonemuslalusBanks)茶树品种间新梢叶片的下表面形态学和生物化学方百存在着明显差异。抗性品种的叶片下表百具有茸毛密度高、气孔密度低、角质化程度高、下表皮厚的形态特征;抗性品种新消具有咖啡碱、氨基酸含量高和可溶性糖含量低的生化特征。叶片组织结构、新消中茶多酚和叶绿素总量的含量与茶树品种抗螨性没有关系。因此,茶树新捎叶片茸毛多、气孔密度低、下表皮角质化程度高的形态特征成为形态学抗螨机制,主要构成螨类取食行为的障碍因子;新梢中高咖啡碱和氨基酸含量、低可溶性糖含量的生化特征成为生化抗螨机制。
The results show that morpholigcal and biochemical differences of the leaves on current shoot arc among various Polyphagotarsonemus lains. risistant varieties. The resistant varieties possess higher density of pubescence, lower stoma density and strong cuticulayization on the lower suface, higher contents of amino acids and caffeine, lower contents of soluble sugar. There are no significant differences between resistant and susceptible varieties on the polyphend and total contents in current shoots. Accordingly, the morphelogical resistance mechanisms are detemined as high pubescent and low stoma density undersurface of leave on current shoot, and biochemical resistance as high amino acid and caffeine and low soluble sugar contents.
