凉山半细毛羊生理生化指标的研究

Studies on Some Physiological and Biochemical Parameters of Liangshan Semi-Wool Sheep

应用常规方法对凉山半细毛羊的生理生化指标作了一系统测定，其主要指标如体温（39．12℃）、心率（71．24次／min）、红细胞压积（32．42％）、胆固醇（143．07mg％）、血清钠（150．31mEq／L）均在正常范围内波动，而呼吸频率（48．91次／min）较快，血清重碳酸盐含量（36．22mL/dl）偏低，血清钾含量（5，23mEq／L）偏高可能与凉山半细毛羊所处环境相关。

The authors systematically determined the blood physiological and biochemical parameters of Liangshan semi-wool sheep. The result showed that: All parameters are within thelimits of the normal physiological value except a few, which indictats that Liangshan semi-wool sheep have been accommodated the malignant nature environment of Liangshan Mountain.
