摘要
提出了面向MDO的复杂产品多学科视图建模技术,给出以主模型为导向的多学科并行建模技术路线。通过建立复杂产品设计过程的层次分解与映射模型,分析产品组成的多学科性;给出多学科并行的设计方法,以实现各学科子系统功能的独立性;通过多学科视图建模的一致性规则及多模型的协同运行策略,解决冲突的协调问题;采用面向对象方法,建立起多学科视图建模技术的层次实现结构;基于优化技术与CAD/CAE的技术集成,实现多模型协同仿真与优化。该技术应用于汽车车身的多学科建模与仿真优化,实现了设计信息的动态交互与多学科共享,有效改进了产品设计水平,提高了产品的设计效率。
A multidisciplinary view-modeling technique for MDO of complex products was proposed and the master model-oriented multiple disciplines concurrent modeling technical routine was given.Through constructing the process model for multi-level decomposing and mapping of complex product design,the product composing nature of multiple disciplines was analyzed.A multidisciplinary concurrent design approach was put forward in order to achieve the independent function and minimum information of each discipline subsystem.The conflict problems of multidisciplinary view-models were solved by means of the consistency rules for modeling and collaborative running strategies.The multi-level application architecture of multidisciplinary view-modeling technique was established by the object-oriented programming method.Based on the integration of optimization technology and CAD/CAE technologies,collaborative simulation and optimization of multidisciplinary view-models can be realized certainly.Also,this technique was used in car-body modeling and simulation for multidisciplinary optimization,the dynamic interaction and multidisciplinary sharing of the design information really come true.The product design level is improved effectively and design efficiency is promoted greatly.
