摘要
目的为避免患者踝关节畸形,设计一种踝关节康复器,帮助患者辅助锻炼踝关节。方法踝关节康复器由低速电机、曲柄连杆、控制电路板、电源、控制手柄等构成。低速电机由电路板控制,带动患者的踝关节活动。结果踝关节康复器具有连续工作模式、间歇工作模式、大幅度活动及小幅度活动等多种工作模式,经临床试用,能够更好地满足病人个性化的治疗需求。仪器符合人体工程学原理,可以确保踝关节的有效运动。结论设备结构简单、功能齐全,适合医院和家庭使用。
Objective To avoid the ankle joint deformity in patients,designed an ankle rehabilitation device to help patients to exercise ankle.Methods The device was developed by the low-speed motor,crank and connecting rod,the control circuit board,power supply,control handles,etc..Low-speed motor was controled by the board,and could led ankle's movement.Results Made a device with a continuous mode,intermittent mode,a significant event,a variety of work activities,small-amplitude mode,to better meet the needs of patients with personalized treatment.The device can ensure the effective exercise of ankle joint.Conclusion The device is simple-structured,complete-functioned,and is suit to both hospital and home application.
