摘要
文章利用CMA和DAPI两种荧光染料.处理火炬松和湿地松染色体.结果表明:火炬松染色体CMA荧光带型是2对染色体为着丝粒区和臂间区均有荧光带纹的中间着丝粒染色体(A类型):4对染色体为臂间区有荧光带纹的中间着丝粒染色体(B类型);2对染色体为着丝粒区有荧光带纹的中间着丝粒染色体(C类型);4对染色体为无荧光带纹的中间或近中着丝粒染色体(D类型)。而湿地松染色体荧光带型是A类型、B类型.C类型,D类型染色体的各为1对.5对。1对和5对。另外一这两种松树染色体的DAPI荧光带型炼与CMA带型有相反带纹外。还存在着不同程度的弱带。最后讨论认为这两种松树的荧光带型差异较大。它们的荧光带型与松属中的赤松亚组的松树之间亲缘关系较远。
Root-tip metaphase chromosome of Pinus taeda and P. elliottii were sequentially stained with CMAand DAPI respectively. P. taeda have two pairs of metacentric chromosome with two CMA-bands atproximal and interstitial regions (type A); four pairs of metacentric chromosome with interstitial CMA-band (type B); two pairs of metacentric chromosome with proximal CMA-band (type C); four pairs ofmetacentric or submetacentric chromosome without CMA-band (type D). But P. elliottii had 1, 5, 1 and5 pairs of chromosome with type A. type B, type C and type D respectively. Besides some bandscontrary to the CMA-banding, there were some thin DAPI banding in these two species of genus Pinus.At last.the authors thought that the relationship between these two of genus Pinus and the pines ofSubsect. Sylvestris was farther by fluorescent banding pattern.
