摘要
以红松(Pkoraiensis)为试材、对FRW阻燃剂处理木材作为建筑用难燃性材料的大型燃烧性能和发烟性能进行了评价。载药率10%的FRW阻燃木材经国家固定灭火系统和耐火构件质量监督检验中心检测燃烧剩余长度平均值为273mm,最小值200mm,3组试件的平均烟气温度分别为110、120、125℃,烟密度等级SDR为50,达到难燃性建筑材料(GB8624-88B1级)的要求;FRW木材阻燃剂的阻燃效力达到1级水基型阻燃处理剂的要求(公安标准GA159-1997)。
By using Pinus koraiensis as experimental material- the combustion and fuming performances of FRWfire-retardant-treated wood used as difficult-flammable building material were evaluated. Specimen offire retardant wood- in which the content of FRW fire retardant is 10 percent by weight- was testedaccording to the national standard GB 8625-88. The average residual length of the unburned wood was273 mm. the minimum value was 200 mm; the average values of smoke temperature of the tree specimengroups were 110, 120 and l25℃ respectively. and the SDR (smoke density rate) was 50. Therefore thetested FRW fire retardant wood is a difficult-flammable building material (BI class) according to thenational standard GB 8624-88, and FRW fire retardant is of the first-class water borne fire retardantaccording to the public security standard GA159- 1997.
