摘要
首先介绍了混凝土裂缝的类型及其各种不同的分类方法,并说明了裂缝在工程建设当中的不良影响,总结了国内外对裂缝宽度的不同控制标准。其次,详细分析了各种混凝土裂缝产生的原因,主要包括混凝土收缩变形引起的裂缝、温度应力引起的裂缝、碱骨料反应引起的裂缝、外荷载作用引起的裂缝、结构基础不均匀下沉引起的裂缝等。归纳总结了一些工程上常见的混凝土裂缝预防和修补措施,通过一些试验工作对具有抗裂作用的混凝土减缩剂进行了研究。
The types and all kinds of classification of concrete cracks are introuduced,and the bad effects to construction of civil engineering are also interpreted,then different restricted standards for the width of concrete cracks in home and overseas are summarized.Secondly,all sorts of causes of concrete cracks are analyzed in detail,mainly including cracks caused by the shrinkage deformation of concrete,cracks caused by temperature stress,cracks resulting from Alkali-Silica Reaction,cracks caused by external loads,cracks caused by the ununiform subsidence of foundations of concrete structures,and so on.Some common measures for preventing and repairing cracks in concrete are generalized and summarized,and the crack resistance of concrete shrinkage reducing agent is studied through some experimental work.
