摘要
以6 个人工合成小麦品系和对照品种“中国春”种子根为外植体,分别接种在含2,4D 2,4,6 m g/L的MS培养基上,于20℃和25℃连续照明条件下进行培养。各种处理和培养条件下,都诱导出愈伤组织。在培养温度20℃、2,4D 4 m g/L的MS培养基中,供试品系再生率显著高于其它培养条件下的再生率,结果表明:此处理是诱导根愈伤组织分化再生植株的最适培养基和培养温度。
Six different artificially synthesized lines of wheat and comm on wheat (Triticum aestivum L.)cv.“Chinese Spring”wereexamined forpotentialuse in tissueculture studies.Callusinduction w as initiated from seminalrootson Murashige and Skoog m edium (MS)containing 2,4,6 m g/L 2,4 Dichlorophenoxyacetic acid(2,4 D),at 20℃and 25℃, respectively.No differencesin callusinduction wereobserved in thefirst4 monthsofculture of the 7 wheat lines,but the frequency of plant regeneration varied after transplanting to hormone free media.The highestregeneration frequency was obtained on MSwith 4 m g/L 2,4 Dat20℃.
