摘要
以蓬莱松(Asparagusmyrioculadus)的嫩枝为外植体,在MS基本培养基附加不同浓度的植物生长调节物质的培养基上于室温25±2℃、光照14 h/d、光强1500 lx 条件下进行组织培养,结果表明,MS附加6BA 0.2~0.5 m g/L可促进转接的愈伤组织分化芽,附加6BA 0.2~0.5m g/L或结合NAA 0.1~0.2 m g/L,对蓬莱松嫩芽增殖、生长亦具有良好的促进作用,每芽可增殖4~9倍。
The resultsofexperimentindicated thatcalliwere induced from young stalk explantsofAsparagusmyrioculadus,on MSm edia containing 0.2,0.5 and 1.0 m g/L6 BA, the bud differentiation from calliw as prom oted on MSm edia containing 0.2 and 0.5 m g/L 6 BA,In proliferation media,0.2 and 0.5 m g/L 6 BA alone or com bined with 0.2 m g/L NAA were of great advantage to bud propagation and growth of young shoots,the bud propagation rates were 400% ~900% 。
