My Opinions on Imposing a Fine for Time-limit-exceeding in University Library

图书超期罚款是目前各高校图书馆执行的保护读者平等权利的手段。针对有人认为图书超期罚款不合理的观点,从法理的角度分析了图书超期罚款的依据,并提出了完善图书超期罚款制度的措施。

Imposing a fine for time-limit-exceeding is a measure adopted by all university libraries at present for protecting readers＇ equal rights.In the light of the opinion of some peoples holding that imposing a fine for time-limit-exceeding is unreasonable,this paper analyzes the bases of imposing a fine for time-limit-exceeding from a legal perspective,and puts forward some measures for perfecting the system of imposing a fine for time-limit-exceeding.
