This paper introduces the whole province＇s total local financial allotment for scientific and technological work,the province-level total financial allotment for scientific and technological work and the city-level financial allotment for scientific and technological work,classifies the expenditures based on the scientific and technological functions of Shanxi＇s local government finance,and makes the analytical comparison of the scale distribution of local financial allotments for scientific and technological work and the proportion of financial expenditures in the whole country.
